How does 3D Laser Scanning work?

3D laser scanning is just the first step in building digitalization. Using the scan data, our experts create detailed BIM 3D models of your property for planning, renovation, or documentation. The process starts with a point cloud – a digital collection of spatial coordinates captured from your building. These georeferenced points form the basis for a 3D model, processed using industry-leading software like Autodesk and Allplan. Request a quote

It all begins with your contact request. Use one of our communication channels: e-mail, phone, or simply fill out our contact form. You can include details of your requirements, such as scans of your existing floor plans.

Prompt response and recording of your order details

We value prompt response – a member of our team will contact you via your preferred channel. In this step, we will discuss your requirements and record your order details.

Step 3

Submitting the Floor Plan

In this step, please send us your old floor plan, if you haven't already done so with your quote request. If you want to have your floor plan scanned using our XXL color scanner, we will, of course, need the original. For CAD vectorization, you can also send us a scanned version of your floor plan. We will then send you a link for file sharing.

Step 4

Editing your floor plans

After receiving your floor plan, our team begins processing your construction plan. Whether scanning it with our special XXL color scanner or processing it with our state-of-the-art CAD software, we optimize your construction plan according to the highest industry standards and quality requirements.

Step 5

Providing your finished floor plan

After successfully processing your floor plan, we will provide you with the final result in the file format you requested or tailored to your needs. We will provide you with a file-sharing link for this purpose – this way, you can access your digital floor plan as quickly as possible and begin the next steps of your construction project. Your originals will be returned to you promptly.
