To do this, we use Building Information Modeling (BIM) to create a digital model of your property. This file is imported into an AVA software. From there, our professional and powerful software calculates the areas of your property in m² and volume in m³ from the geometries of the components.

In this step, please send us your old floor plan, if you haven't already done so with your quote request. If you want to have your floor plan scanned using our XXL color scanner, we will, of course, need the original. For CAD vectorization, you can also send us a scanned version of your floor plan. We will then send you a link for file sharing.

Step 4

Editing your floor plans

After receiving your floor plan, our team begins processing your construction plan. Whether scanning it with our special XXL color scanner or processing it with our state-of-the-art CAD software, we optimize your construction plan according to the highest industry standards and quality requirements.

Step 5

Providing your finished floor plan

After successfully processing your floor plan, we will provide you with the final result in the file format you requested or tailored to your needs. We will provide you with a file-sharing link for this purpose – this way, you can access your digital floor plan as quickly as possible and begin the next steps of your construction project. Your originals will be returned to you promptly.
