Spanning across 34 different locations in Brandenburg and Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, E.DIS Netz GmbH—one of Germany’s major public utility providers—set out to bring its facility management into the digital age. With a headquarters in Fürstenwalde/Spree and dozens of administrative and office buildings under its care, the task was as ambitious as it was forward-thinking.
Our mission: to capture and digitize the diverse building structures across all sites. This included on-site measurements, the creation of precise 2D floor plans, and the development of detailed 3D building models. Together, these deliverables form the backbone for a future-proofed building management system.
In total, the project covered approximately 72,400 square meters of gross floor area—each one now mapped, modeled, and digitally accessible. It’s a major milestone for E.DIS in streamlining operations, planning maintenance, and setting new standards in utility infrastructure management.
