In the heart of Berlin’s Spandau district, a significant step toward digital transformation is underway. The District Office of Spandau has launched an initiative to modernize and fully digitize the management of its office spaces—floor by floor.
As part of this effort, our team is responsible for creating accurate 2D floor plans for multiple office levels, each covering between 400 and 1,000 square meters of usable space. These digital plans lay the groundwork for efficient facility management, enabling smarter planning, maintenance, and resource allocation.
Working closely with the Facility Management department of the District Office, we are helping shape a future where public buildings are managed with greater precision and transparency.
